Does this sound familiar?

You held your tone through four escalating client calls today. You lost it over a spilled water bottle at dinner.

You have read the books. Tried the breathing. Watched the reels. The 7pm moment still comes.

By 11 PM, you are still replaying the evening. Your child moved on hours ago. You haven't.

You tell yourself you were being calm. Your child's face tells you something else.

Some evenings, you catch yourself becoming someone you swore you would never become.

YOU ARE CAPABLE. THAT’S WHY THIS FEELS SO CONFUSING. At work, you solve problems, make decisions and stay composed under pressure. Then you come home. Homework hasn’t started. The screen needs to go off. You’ve already asked three times. And suddenly your tone changes.

“How many times do I have to tell you?” “Just finish it!” “Turn it off now.” Later, when the moment has passed, the calmer response feels obvious again. And you wonder: “Why couldn’t I say that then?” “Why does my family get the version of me with the least patience left?”

"This is not how I want my child to experience me."

This masterclass is for you if:

You stay composed at work but lose patience more easily at home.

Homework, screens, or bedtime can change your tone faster than you want.

You know the calmer response, but you cannot always reach it.

You replay difficult moments afterwards.

You worry that these repeated moments may be affecting your connection with your child and how home feels for everyone.

This may not be the right fit if:

Your main need is support for early postpartum recovery, sleep, feeding or postpartum mental health.

You are mainly looking for techniques to change or control your child’s behaviour.

You are experiencing significant emotional distress and need clinical or therapeutic support.

In This Masterclass, You Will Discover:

01 Stress Carryover™

The difficult moment may have started hours earlier.

Your laptop closes. The pressure does not always leave with it. Understand why your child may be where the pressure finally shows up, not where it began.

02 The Access Gap™

You have not forgotten how to parent.

You know the calmer response. Reaching it at 7 PM is another matter. Understand why another parenting script may not solve the real problem.

03 Two Tired People

Your hardest hour may be meeting child's hardest hour.

Your patience is lower. Their ability to cooperate may be lower too. Understand why evenings can escalate quickly, even when neither of you wanted a fight.

PLUS: EXPERIENCE THIS LIVE

The First Return™

You don't need to stay calm every second. You need to know how to come back. Inside the masterclass, Niharika will guide you through a simple 90-second practice to create more room before responding.

Not another script to memorise. A way to help yourself access the response you already know.

Why I Created Return to Her

Niharika Sahu

Founder, Thrive & Raise™

19+ Years Of Senior Corporate Experience

Originator of the Stress Carryover™ framework.

For 19 years, I led engineering teams through pressure and difficult conversations. I could stay composed in a crisis at work and still lose my patience over homework at home. I had read the parenting advice too. I knew better. But knowing wasn't changing the moment. So I started asking: “What is happening inside me when I can't access the mother I want to be?” That question became the foundation of Thrive & Raise™ and this masterclass.

💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a parenting workshop?

Not in the usual sense. You will not be given scripts to control your child’s behaviour. The focus is on what happens in you under pressure and how that affects the way you respond and hold boundaries at home.

What if I already know what I should be doing?

That is exactly the point. This is not more parenting advice. We will look at why the response you already know can become harder to reach when you are tired or under pressure.

Does being calmer mean becoming permissive?

No. Calm and boundaries can exist together. You can hold a clear limit without turning the moment into a lecture or a battle.

Will this help me stay calm all the time?

No. That is not the goal. The aim is to notice sooner, create more room before responding, and know how to come back when a hard moment still happens.

Is this therapy or a psychological assessment?

No. Return to Her is an educational, practice-based masterclass. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for mental-health care.

Will there be a replay?

This masterclass is designed to be experienced live. Please reserve the session time in your calendar. If a replay is made available, registered participants will be informed.

Is the session really free?

Yes. The 75-minute masterclass is completely free. At the end, Niharika will briefly share how you can continue practising with her if you want more support. There is no obligation to join anything.
